Ok, we've all been there; you get into the characters and story line of a certain series and then find out the network doesn't renew it for next year. or even worse, it pulls it from the air all together, and you spend weeks trying to track down the lost episodes.
This post is dedicated to all of the series who died before their time - I salute you!

Firefly - this show had a very cool 'western' take on space exploration - dirty and dangerous. I have no idea why they pulled this one off the air and have heard continuing rumors that it was coming back.
Star Trek enterprise - Yeah, some people hated it, but for me it did justice to the theme. The only thing that makes me feel better about it now is the fact that the latest movies was kick ass.
Deadwood - Perhaps tv execs don't like shows with western themed music for their intros?? Fooked it I know why they called this one.
Kings - I'm watching it now and really enjoying it. Heard they just axed it though, so only 3 more episodes to go. Too bad too, it was cool seeing a different take on 'all things biblical'.
Freaks & Geeks - I caught this after it was cancelled on downloads. Solid show - perhaps the stars didn't want to stay?
Daybreak - was also pretty cool. Not sure if the premise could have stood a second season though.
Edit: Forgot to metion Reaper!
Does anyone have any others they miss??
