Looking great man!! Tkae your time on it though!! No need to rush anyhow! Love how TA looks in this one!
One quick thing that I noticed that is a bit off...
Ascendants left hand (the one to our right) looks like it should be in front of the other guys fist, not behind. It kind of throws the perspective off a notch.
As is, since the other fella has his arms cocked back, it looks like his fists would be about even with the end of his ribcage, perhaps a bit before the end of his ribs. Ascendants hands are stretched out and in front of him. If they remain behind other guys fists which are cocked back, that would placed ascendants head roughly about equal to the other fellas knees, give or take. If that were the situation, then ascendant has one hell of a big melon on top of them shoulders
One constructive crit: some of the people look two small: Feral, Plasma and Rowr in particular. That can be fixed by copy/pasting into new documents, then resizing and then pasting them back in.
As for size, I noticed on the CoH forums you were concerned with image size. Is is because you are running out of space? If so, you could always increase the canvas size. I do that all of the time when I get close to the edges.
