I've been wanting to do up this character for some time. I'm notsure whether he'd be the nemisis of Captain Corea or possibly on the same team (and yes, that is reflective of the actual countries relationship).

Either way, here's my submission for my NATION JAM.

NATION JAM? Is that a like a superhero of different countries? If that is the case, can my character "Kalayaan" be included representing the Philippines? :-)
