I know I'm the last person who should comment on anatomy, but to me everything seems fantastic except for Spidey's butt. His right leg seems like his thigh isn't connected to his hip, and his butt is overall too... round? It seems more like an action figures' universal ball joint than a proper butt muscle! I really like your shading and the shape of his eyes on the mask!
